Embroidery Software [all]:
Once registration numbers are distributed or the CD has been shipped, the sale is considered final. Please take advantage of the free trial versions to ensure that the software will cover your needs.
- S&S Computing [SewWhat-Pro, SewArt, SewWrite, SewIconz, and SewClean] - S&S Computing software can be downloaded and trialed in Demo mode before purchasing a license by using the Download buttons on the product pages. We strongly encourage potential customers to first try the Demo before purchasing the software license. For that reason, refunds are not offered except in extenuating circumstances. When a refund is granted, a $15 deactivation fee will be deducted. Please contact us to discuss.
- Needleheads [Monogram Wizard Plus & Extended Features] - all sales are final/no refunds.

Note: Quality of our designs can only be guaranteed as purchased in its original state and size. We cannot account for modifications that some software programs apply to designs when opened. If you're having problems with how a design is stitching, please perform this simple test to see if it's the design or your software - transfer an original file directly to your machine without opening in your software first and test stitch. As always, if you have an issue, please e-mail or call and we'll help any way we can. If we cannot help resolve the issue that you're experiencing, we will issue a refund

Terms of Sale
All of our designs are Machine Embroidery Designs. You will need an embroidery machine to stitch these designs. You will also need software/hardware to transfer our designs to your embroidery machine. If your machine does not allow you to combine designs, you will probably need software to combine designs [like SewWhat Pro or Embird] as well. It is the buyer's responsibility to know the format needed and if you have the appropriate software/hardware necessary to use the designs. We do offer full support and will answer any questions, so just e-mail us if you need something. We are not responsible for the quality of designs that you modify (including resizing). If you have problems with the original designs we will assist you in solving the problem.
Discount Policy
Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts cannot be used on past purchases. Discount codes must be used at time of purchase; refunds or store credits will not be issued.
